i think I saw the same article, in Expired Yogurt Monthly actually

 

My fridge is full of expired yogurt because I often buy it and try to convince myself "YOGURT IS SO HEALTHY, YOU'LL LIKE IT THIS TIME" But, I don't.

do you think I could just coat my mahi in the nectar from the gods- cottage cheese. -heart eye emoji-

Honestly I have a jar of pineapple salsa in my pantry and I'm a lazy POS..so...probably definitely going to do that.

 

I've had an almond milk in my fridge for months but I have been too nervous to try it. It's set to expire this month!

Almond milk is good in coffee (though I drink mine black now)

 

I only like milk in my lattes, cappuccinos, and other beverages that are comprised of... milk and coffee.
