Honestly if the 15 year tour getting announced is No Pads, I will lose my mind.

Someone on Facebook asked Whitechapel about the possibility of a 10 year tour for The Somatic Defilement and all they said was "could be a possibility..."

Really hope they play the album in full at their rescheduled Montreal show on 3/15. I'm on the fence about going but that would seal the deal for me.

Hey everyone, I actually thought of something that I'd love to see and was wondering about everyone else. Given these (now) 15 year anniversary tours, along with the 20 and 10 years, would it be possible to do an evolution type of tour? For example, NFG is going out on their 20 year anniversary tour. Simple Plan just announced 15 years of No Helmet. FYS is doing 10 of RODT. Why not combine all that and add a band that's been around for 5 years or released their debut album 5 years ago? You can call it "The Evolution of (Insert Genre Here) Tour" and make it an annual thing. Obviously in some cases the 10 year band could be bigger than the 20 year band but having it all together and playing big places would be pretty cool in my opinion. Just a thought. Would anyone go to this?

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

Also 3/31 in Chicago at Bottom Lounge. The same night Simple Plan is in town.

That would be really cool but I feel like it would never work out

Yeah I'm sure the logistics would be a nightmare but even if you break it down to 20/10/5 or 15/10/5, you might have a shot. It can also work out with any genre too. I think this would have to be booked at least a year in advanced.

Direct Hit is doing a lot of tours I feel like they don't fit on but I hope they come out with a lot of new fans because of it

They also opened for blink and All Time Low at Summerfest last year.

As much as I don't like the tours they're going on it makes total sense. They're expanding their music to an audience that has no idea who they are. They're a fun band with gimmicky albums and antics. As much as we don't think they fit in with those bands we can't deny that they do. For a long term plan I think it's a smart move if they want to stay an active band. You can only tour with the same bands before you're burnt out playing to the same crowd who knows who you are. Well played direct hit.

I forgot about that. That's actually really awesome

Totally true. Wasted Mind is awesome and I guess it does kind of fit with RBF and BFS in a really weird way. I just want to see them with more run of the mill punk bands

Isn't Falling In Reverse already doing a tour in early 2017?
