In 2007 we put out a record called Rise or Die Trying, starting us down a path that would lead us all over the world, and drastically change our lives. With 2017 marking the 10 year anniversary, it's time to say thank you. Thank you to everyone that came out and supported our young band, thank you to everyone who still goes crazy at shows when we play RODT songs, and thank you to a record that gave us these last ten years.

Over the next year we will be announcing Rise or Die Trying 10 year shows all over the world where we will be playing the record front to back. Today we announce the first set of dates in the U.S. We are doing these shows at smaller, intimate venues to really make it something special. Shout these songs with us. Take the stage. Jump on it. Jump off it. This is for you.

Keep a look out for more shows being announced later in the year, if these don't come near you and for some special events as well. So come out and get crazy with us as we play the record that brought us to you in the first place. Rise or Die Trying.

Tickets for our 10 year anniversary of Rise or Die Trying In Europe are now on sale at www.fouryearstrongmusic.com. Happy to be coming back overseas and playing some intimate venues on a record that got our career moving. Thanks to Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! And Homebound for ripping UK with us and thanks to Boston Manor for doing the entire tour less Spain/Ireland. Here we go 2017. Start the takeover.

 

Good Charlotte's headlining tour ends tonight so hopefully we get an announcement about the U.S. leg next week.

 

FYS ended their part of that tour over a week ago. It's likely being held because of the holiday.

 

This has to be announced sometime this week right?? I keep obsessively checking online haha

Probs. The announcement says shows "all over the world". I'd be damn surprised if they didn't do this in the states.

 

I'm guessing the first US show of this will be at The Palladium. Maybe afterwards, they'll announce everything else?

 

I can't wait for this. Will drive if needed but hoping it comes to The Grog in Cleveland. Every time FYS plays there I have an absolute blast

 

There should be a Columbus date. When they were here with Good Charlotte, they said see you guys back here(Newport mUsic Hall) in March.

either of those would be better. and that also would mean it's not a promowest show.

Four Year Strong is playing RODT at So What?! on March 26th. Their EU tour ends 2/19 so maybe the U.S. leg will be March-April.

 

will this be bigger venues or smaller sized? I've only seen FYS at warped, and at Peabody's in VA Beach. the Peabody's show was on TSSF headliner last year, and they we're scheduled to do a show in VA beach this past spring or last fall, and the promoter canceled it the day of because of a hurricane, I remember defeater and I think expire were on the bill.
