Makes sense. 90% of the fans that would care about a Hero return are the same ones that have followed the dirsheet rumors about it, so the WWE may as well get in there and be the ones getting the clicks and video views.

Haha yep, the fantasy booking is already getting out of control.

 

Maybe they were drowned out by the music, but I would've expected a bigger/louder pop for Hero than what it looks like he got in that video.

 

I really want to see Angle vs Joe vs Roode vs EY vs The Hardys in a KOTM match at WM.

If Roman doesnt dump his US title to Jericho in that handicap match, then I have no idea what they are doing. If both dudes cant beat him, how can just KO beat him at the Rumble.

What the hell were they planning to do prior?

 

I really struggle to understand what creative is thinking half the time. They hinted at a Goldber/Reigns WM match, right? In what world does that NOT get booed out of the building?

 

I have, not the slightest clue, who could put together a match that comes anywhere near that. AJ is an obvious choice, but I have no idea who is anywhere near his level that could give us believability, athleticism, and unpredictability. There are so many things that go into that 5* match that 90% of the roster can't come close to. This also should have been built months ago, not two months prior.

 

AJ v Finn is the only thing I can think of but they're on separate brands. If AJ drops the belt they could build a feud I suppose, but that isn't a main event of WM without a belt.

What's going to ruin them is having Reigns and Cena rolling into WM as their champs (assuming they both win at the Rumble).

 

I wasn't around WWE much during the last brand split so I don't remember how this worked. The Rumble winner gets to pick which belt they will challenge for, correct? And then the other belt would be based on a feud or a management decision? If that's the case, it seems unfair that one guy has to win the Rumble for a title shot while the guy challenging for the other title gets his shot via an easier pathway.

 

I'm still dying to see AJ vs Seth. Seth hasn't been at the top of his game lately, but i blame that more on him having to face the same two people over and over. AJ vs Sami would also be a great match

Styles, Rollins, Balor, Cesaro, Zayn and motivated Orton are all capable of it on a ring work level but there is no storyline reason for any of them to have an Okada-Omega feud besides MAYBE Rollins-Balor
