Old TSL has aged poorly but BOATS (mostly) and Direction have aged well,and I like the new EP. Kenny's voice is much better now.

Also I love Phantoms but I very much believe it's a "time and place" record. Did not like the new song whatsoever and even Jason sounds different.

Recover's Ceci N'es Pas Recover EP is one of the best releases in that early 2000's emo/post hardcore scene, and it's a real shame the followup was a dud

 

I think Chis Carrabba's Covered in the Flood is fine. I like it.

We all know this is wrong, just like your SOTY and YC hate, but what 5 songs do you like by them?

All those bands are good and time hasn't changed that! I remember the first time I heard The Sickness. Nothing was cooler to a middleschooler. Thrice too became my favorite band later on.

I've always wanted to see if the band could pull this song off acoustically.

Northstar and Lydia both have great albums. Lydia also has bad ones
