I would block that new number too and if he even tries to talk to you in another form that's gotta be enough to get a temperary restraining order at least you'd think. Ugh. So sorry you had to deal with that.

Yo I'm real thankful that I've never had any sort of adult bar scene dating experience, because the weird mindgames that I see some of my guy friends playing with the girls they talk to is all sorts of fucked up. Literal mental abuse

 

bar behaviors are so weird. i feel so uncomfortable going up to anyone i don't know, won't even talk to someone i don't know unless there's like some mutual eye contact and a smile or something. i just wouldn't want to go up to someone if they didn't want to be talked to at all, especially in a bar where any dude goes up to a girl is being assumed he's after one thing

 

We put out Aurora 5 years ago today. That is insane to me.

 

@Jason Tate I guess I have to ask, what's the funtion of "reply to thread"? and in the notifications, it says someone replied to the thread. I guess i don't really understand the point. Thanks!

Like in my notifications, sometimes it will say "so and so replied to the thread". I'll click on it and it will just be some person who wrote something on the thread. I didn't know what that was about, I guess. Like why that particular person?

 

It's whoever responded first after you posted in a thread you follow.

 

It's just letting you know there are new replies in a followed thread since you last visited it. It's usually the last unread that'll show up. You can customize notifications here as well.

 

Mostly to let you know that the conversation has continued on past your post. It's obviously not someone who directly quoted you, but letting you know that new posts are there. And it only does it for the one past after yours as far as I know.

 

Mine's set for mentions, quotes, and attachments to be the only thing I get notified for.

 

Just had a lunch meeting where the seating arrangement was awkwardly about one table of four too long and so the three people sitting at the end table and I just kind of had our own conversation unrelated the actual meeting that was occurring.

Nobody seemed to care and nobody addressed us the whole time. I think I now know what it's like to be a ghost. Not complaining though, I'm sure our convo was more interesting.

My mom loves those bai things. Im not a huge fan of them personally.

Ive been drinking a ton of Sparkling Ice waters though. Im trying to use their sweetness and carbonation as a way to ween myself off of soda.
