I am the only who doesn't believe any "farewell" tours or shows anymore? For example I'm pretty confident For Today and Yellowcard will do reunion shows in 3 years or less followed by full tours.

For Today is going to have to really explain that whole "Jesus told us to break up" thing if they come back.

Nah they could just Blues Brothers it and say they are on a mission from God and putting the band back together.

TSSF / Turnstile would be to die for.

Silent Planet just posted a picture on Facebook with Hail The Sun, Dayseeker, and Ghost Key's logos along with their own. Now that will be a great tour.

I'm missing PBTT at Mahall's for Run the Jewels at HOB and Whitechapel at HOB for You Blew It! at Mahall's.

Emery is doing a really cool 5 show tour where they are having a full band acoustic show with a recording of the show, and a signed limited poster specific to that date. Each date will also have 100 people. Full details on their website, but the price isn't cheap at $50. I think it still nay be worth that though, especially for a band who rarely, if ever tours anymore.

Yeah I'm probably going to RTJ instead of PBTT too. It'll be a game time decision but I've seen PBTT a bunch of times so not a big deal to me

    OH SHIT

This was probably the "tour announcement" OAA was referring to on their Jake Harrison exit post.

Edit: Seeing how FFTG and Bad Omens were suppose to be on All Stars, it looks like the tour done died hidden. Not surprising really.

    Ayyyyyy within the ruins.

Another sick tour. 2017 > 2016 for shows

Just a thought. Other than Warped, are there any possible bands that would possibly tour amphitheaters in the summer of 2017? I thought about Korn possibly doing one if they don't tour around World's Loudest Month. That and Linkin Park if they finish and release their next album.

2nd furthest I've driven for a show today. Went from Omaha to Des Moines to Dallas TX for the for today shows. 10.5 hours, 12.5 if the side venture to Des Moines counts.

    So stoked.

RTJ is going to be bonkers. I'd snag a ticket ASAP because it'll definitely sell out

If the LP album is done next year, expect a US tour in 2018. As far as amphitheaters, I can see a Korn and BMTH tour happening.

WLM by design is to cater to the mid/south markets that are largely missed by summer tours, and in turn often the tours that bands do around them, so i dont think it necessarily would rule a band out from a summer tour. If anything it could be indicative of who will be doing one.

Gonna chat with FFAK tonight and see if they're willing to chat about their fall head tour yet.

    PS, yes that's a thing.
