Not the first time, either. I will never forgive them fully for creating the false Xenoblade Chronicles scarcity.

 

It comes with some extra stuff. Controller extender, two canvas prints. I have a friend who's sons room is all Nintendo, so he works love the prints.

 

Friend let me borrow his 3DS while I wait in line for Rogue One tomorrow. He has Majora's Mask, that Kirby robot game, and some Dragonball Z game. He also has DK Country 2, Street Fighter, and Oracle of Ages/Seasons downloaded.

Finally, I'll get to play that other Zelda game for the N64.

And I agree 3DS is also my favorite gaming device ever.

 

Super Mario Run just showed up to download in the App Store.

Went into it thinking "psh, my years of sharply honed platforming prowess shan't be tested by a mere mobile version!"

... then died on level 3 and failed to get a single pink coin on the first boss level.

Yep, Switch hype is real. I know I'll be getting two at launch. Nintendo stuff is really the only fandom I allow myself to hit full throttle in spite of my growing responsibilities lol.

 

They should make a Switch game where you're Wesley Snipes and you hunt vampires. Switchblade.

 

They should make a Switch game where you're a podiatrist in a rock band. Switchfoot.

 

They should make a game where you're Jason Bateman and you jerk off into a cup and then get your best friend pregnant. Call it the Switch.

Still tremendously mad that there wasn't a Wii U Mario Galaxy sequel called Super Mario U-Niverse.

 

Super Mario Run is awesome.

 

It really is. Just finished up World 2. For those unaware, Yoshi is a playable character rather than a horse for Mario, and you unlock him, Luigi, Peach, and Toadette as playables as well. You can get Toad as free DLC by linking your MyNintendo account for 6 characters total, none of which are hidden behind microtransactions.

 

They should make a Switch game where you're the Undertaker and stuff blows when you die. Dead Man's Switch

 

Damn, more people need to be talking about Super Mario Run. This game is incredible.

Mario Run is great. I wish there were a few more levels but I'm all about the focus on collecting the progressively harder to reach/collect colored coins and the Toad Run competitive mode is super fun so far.

 

I just really, really love that Nintendo went with a flat $10 fee and didn't even include a shop for microtransactions. As far behind as they are in terms of online gaming and some other areas, they just put the most well known video game property of all time on smartphones and were totally consumer driven and transparent in their approach with it, and that really sums up why I adore them so.

 

I just wish they didn't automatically vault you over enemies
