I could say the same to you about the reasons you're mad at ubi, but I already addressed all of them, which you ignored.And how are people who have never watched zero supposed to know? DOOM is good all, DOOM is very good.

 

From what I gather it probably would have moved a lot of ps3s, but xbox only has shooters and racers, blah, blah, blah.

I've been playing Dishonored still. Still awful at it and will probably have to YouTube the good ending because at this rate there's no chance I get it haha

 

If you're talking about the gameplay, I still don't think it's very good despite our conversation the other day. If you're talking about how the game handles social commentary, I now totally agree with you on everything you've said about it. I don't know how many times I have to repeat that.

I saw a video taking the piss out of the game and it gave me a good laugh. I'll admit that the jokes about diversity are out of line but I still enjoy the rest of the video.

 

Yeah, it's such a weird scenario. I don't remember hearing anything about it at the time, and when I found out it was an xbox exclusive I was so confused. People were so mad about FFXIII (not me, of course, but people) but with that game existing it should have perfectly filled that space. Instead ps3 players couldn't and xbox players didn't.

What year was it released? I know I meant to buy it eventually, but there were tons of great games coming out at the time so when I finally tried to find a copy there were none to be found.

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare
Doom (JUST KIDDING ON THIS ONE).

 

Looks like 2008, so it still had a year before FF13 came out, I guess people didn't feel spurned yet. For some reason I thought they came out around the same time and that was one of the reasons for LO's bad sales. Guess not. I didn't play it until the end of the generation, it was number one on one of those "underrated games you have to play" lists

 

2008 was a truly incredible year for games, so it's not super surprising that LO slipped through the cracks.
