I knew about a week and a half ago that it was ending because I'm in the know and shit. And people in the know don't have to spoiler tag things. Just be happy I didn't ruin their Mania farewell tour for you. :*

Mostly bummed Shoemaker was able to get out of his ESPN contract. Was really hoping I was gonna be able to vie for that wrestling beat on The Ringer

 

Agreed rosenberg has been pretty annoying the past few months.

The Zayn Pops/ Sing-a-longs to his entrance at WM/Raw may be my favorite part of the live experience.

 

I don't think people understand that cheap heat is what it is because of the combination of their characters. Shoemaker on his own doesn't have the persona to make a podcast as interesting no matter how intelligent he is on wrestling matters.

 

Rosenberg is also insufferable so there's that. Shoemaker can just stick to writing or find someone else; I'm okay with either.

You really think I had not heard about Barrett leaving? I know what reddit is, bruh. I was asking what the kayfabe reason for him being booted was.

 

I was over Greg the Virg, but I didn't mind Rosenberg that much. He kept the podcast on track and moving. Haven't had the chance to listen yet though.

 

rosenberg was terrible because he stopped watching for the most part. Didn't mind him as a character, just the fact that he had no clue what was going on. Shoemaker will do well at the ringer, hoping the new pod is with Simmons himself because shoemaker by himself would put me to sleep

Because the match on Raw was for the tag titles. So in there mind he blew it since he got pinned I guess.

 

Rosenberg is awesome, and Julian is right, Cheap Heat was good because of the camaraderie. I enjoyed it more than other wrestling podcasts because Rosenberg kept it light and it wasn't just wall-to-wall wrestling. Personally I get bored with shows like WOL after a while.

This is probably for the best, though, because Shoemaker should be writing way more often than he did for ESPN. I just hope to god Simmons isn't on Shoemaker's new podcast, his wrestling opinions are soooo much more uninformed than Rosenberg's are.

I really hope its good, its like your best friends getting divorced and having to go to different places to hang out with them. Hopefully whoever they both pair up with are at least tolerable let alone good but I feel like ill be thinking of the og cheap heat for at least a good while. The most positive part of this is the ringer getting better, I'm really happy about that.

 

I actually enjoy him saying that. I think he should keep acting unaffected like that. i think he could work as a tweener.

 

Romans a guy, not the guy. He's not a bad guy, he's not a good guy either. Roman, he's the guy.

 

It'd be great if Wade got one last face run against the L.O.N.

 

Only to be taken out by Finn? Wouldn't be bad, I just feel like he could get injured at any time and that would ruin the whole thing.

Are they not going to address the end of The Authority? Not sure why Triple H losing the belt would make them disappear or strip him/them of their power.

 

I feel like they still need to exist for Rollins' return.
