I wish he was a Celtic. Jealous of your tickets to that game. As an Aussie, the closest I got to the NBA this year was a Knicks pre-season game to check out the Zinger :(

 

He has been on a tear of late. I am interested how Cleveland defends him. I would go heavy on the denial and make him work to get open and work for everything. Once he has the ball I would try to bait him into long jumpers. Basically, I would employ the old LeBron defense. Deny, sag off, and then use a lot of help when he drives. Make other people beat you. Easier said than done of course.

 

Lebron should just try and wear him out early on the block using his extra weight. Or wear him out with guards since Kidd is determined that's what Giannis is haha

 

That's the thing, I don't know that Kidd will have Giannis on LeBron. I guess it depends on the lineup, but LeBron would definitely make him work defensively and I'm not sure that's what Milwaukee wants. But you almost need that length on LeBron. I'd probably start Giannis on JR, but I am not sure.

 

Going to the Celtics game tomorrow vs the Pelicans. Unfortunately, I think Anthony Davis is hurt.

 

I'm hoping the Rockets get the 8th seed so I can go see the Warriors in the playoffs with my brother in Houston. If Dallas gets it we got a shot too. But no way we're going to Utah.

 

Hawks just gave up 38 to Phoenix in the 1st...

Also Devin Booker being 19 and killing it these last few weeks is awesome.

 

Love is having a nice game right now. But damn, I've got to buy tickets to see the Bucks when they come to town next season. Giannis is must see.

 

Doesn't matter because the game is not in question, but the refs let Parker get away with a lot of offensive fouls to create looks. That little hook move is very Carmello-like.

I've never been a huge Paul Millsap fan, but I really think this Hawks team goes as he goes.

Oh man, I love Paul! I mostly agree that their success hinges on him having a good day and luckily he's been playing out of his mind recently (especially on defense). He seems to get almost zero respect (maybe not the right word) from the refs which is infuriating at times.

 

Yeah, I love Milsap's game. I am glad he's been able to blossom in Atlanta.

 

I mean, I definitely like him, there's just something there that makes me indifferent in some way. I don't even know what. I'm weird hahah

He's the backbone of the team though

 

Is it his demeanor? Him and Teague always look like they have no energy and very rarely get fired up about things. I used to hate that about Teague, but I realized that's just his personality.

 

I guess they gave a shit.

 

Yeah, I think that's it. He's just kind of stoic, which is fine. I shouldn't feel any way about how a guy acts though I guess. I guess I just like guys who are really having fun, and letting you know it.

Teague just looks like he has no fun at all most of the time. I love when smiles though.
