They did the equivalent of Cyclops/Poseidon in 2009 and 2011. I think they'd fit in comfortably on that stage again.

I think we'll get blessthefall, As It Is, The Summer Set, I Prevail, The Color Morale, Get Scared, Movements and The White Noise. I could also see PTV being a special guest.

There's also the possibility that there will be bands playing that haven't signed to Fearless yet that are playing the tour.

 

What about Breathe Carolina? Are they definitely done with the Warped scene?

 

100% yes. Friends and I saw them recently - whole set was just straight EDM, barely touching upon any of their catalogue (including Savages), David only really sang (and by sang, I mean...parts of, not the whole song as recorded) two songs out of their hour set.

 

I was looking at their Facebook page. They've completely changed.

 

As much as I don't care for BC, them and Cash Cash are proof that it's possible for a band that starts in the Warped scene to reach crazy heights beyond that. I respect them for that.

Hard to believe they both came out alongside that Brokencyde/3OH!3/Dot Dot Curve wave of groups that have basically faded away.

 

Speaking of 3OH!3, they haven't done anything since Warped Tour this summer, have they?

 

They have played some one off shows. They played at a school in PA and they did a show in NYC and LA last week, but nothing major.

I'm praying it's SOTY. They were awesome in 2013.

I'm thinking that was basically just a recap of 2016 to build hype for next summer. I wouldn't draw any conclusions about the lineup from the music or footage in that video.

Oops. I missed Knocked Loose while skimming the website. They're on my prediction for sure.

 

I could've atleast updated my prediction before posting it. but are we assuming that the monster stages will act as the mainstage for the heavy bands again this year, like last year? I asked kevin if that would return and he never answered that.

 

Seeing the markets DGD is hitting on that spring tour, I'd say they're definitely more likely for Warped.
