I swear I saw someone mentioning them doing support for a band for Spring. Well if that was true and I wasn't imagining it, it would have to be Asking Alexandria, BOO, ISS, or a co-headliner with UABB since they were waiting for the 10 year tour to be over. AA will be overseas until mid-April so they don't make sense, BOO will probably be doing The New Reign in full so they make the most sense, ISS doesnt make sense to me, and UABB is the next logical one after BOO.

CG has been talking about their heaviest tour, so honestly Within The Ruins makes sense to me. Cane Hill seems likely for Attila.

That was a coheadline tour not advertised as a coheadline tour. ETID got the same set time as Beartooth. The "reason" Beartooth was headlining is because they're the ones that put the tour together due to their album release.

    but does it djent?

I don't know if I have any realistic guesses for either but I certianly have bands I hope are on it. For CG I'd love to see Within The Ruins and Rings Of Saturn. Maybe So This Is Suffering or Enterprise Earth.
I'd kill to see BOO and Volumes together. I'm so hyped for this New Reign tour, no matter whose on it.

i'd like to see CG take out a few of these bands..

    TAIM
    Carnifex
    Oceano
    I Declare War
    Enterprise Earth
    Within the Ruins
    Fit For An Autopsy
    Black Tongue

    but does it djent?

I can't see TAIM as support for them. Maybe a co-headliner, though they have been losing steam since CJ left, still don't have a permanent replacement. That'd be a great tour for I Declare War to hop onto.

to me CG could pull 7-800 a night with the RIGHT support. Although, I think TAIM would be a great Direct Support band for CG.

I'd agree to those numbers. Last I saw them on an actual tour was with TWA in 2015 and they packed The Emerson in Indy which holds maybe 600. I don't think the show sold out though. What about (this is a very distant shot) Despised Icon? They seem more of a headliner but for a band just making it's comeback, weirder things have happened.

I saw that same tour, my date sold out at 500 cap. I could see Despised Icon as Direct Support.

The problem with a lot of deathcore bands is that a lot of them have already toured together in the past couple of years. Of those bands listed for possible CG support off the top of my head these tours have happened:
    -CG/Carnifex/Black Tongue in 2014
    -Carnifex/WTR 2015
    -WTR/FFAA supporting Suicide Silence/Emmure in 2014
-Carnifex/Enterprise Earth for Summer Slaughter 2016
    -Carnifex/Oceano supporting Suicide Silence/Whitechapel in 2016

Of those listed above though maybe:
    Chelsea Grin
Within The Ruins or Fit For An Autopsy
    Oceano or I Declare War
    Enterprise Earth

EDIT: What about The Last Ten Seconds Of Life or Traitors?

I agree. It seems all the same deathcore bands tour together, and it can get pretty stale after a few years. That's why I wish more people would bring out some of the smaller bands in the scene on tour that could use the exposure. Say CG had a headliner, but the support was that of So This Is Suffering, The Dialectic, Angelmaker, and A Night In Texas; I think that would be a great show.

Sidenote because I just remembered it, when Angelmaker dropped their spilt EP with A Night In Texas last month, Fronz from Attila tweeted at them saying the album rocks. Angelmaker as support for Attila? Probably not but it'd be cool.

Angelmaker fans would literally never forgive them lol. Maybe older Attila would have worked, but I'm thinking in the realm of Oceans Ate Alaska or Cane Hill is the support Attila will go for.

Yeah but people love to complain on social media haha. Also, that MMF/TDWP/Silverstein tour was weird on so many levels. Some bands can pull off that triple headliner and some bands can't. That tour would've worked better if it was a Silverstein/TDWP co-headliner with MMF as main support. It's easy to be captain hindsight haha

That makes sense. They should've at least called it the "Aggressive Teens" tour or something that encompasses both bands.

That tour would have been better without MMF altogether. How could there be a Rise Up tour without DGD? They've released all of their albums on Rise and they're bigger than they've ever been.

100% agreed. I think a Silverstein/DGD tour would be incredible now that both are basically on the same level. MMF, in my opinion, should be going after the mainstream rock audience rather than the scene that moved past them.

Really excited to hear more about the NFG tour. Pretty sure it's in some smaller size rooms

I don't know much about that NFG tour, was even told it wasn't 100% finalized so things could change. But it should be hitting the west coast in March and Assuming We Survive is attached which rules because they need to get out from under the FIR/INK cloud they've been stuck under.

Yeeesh. I really like Creeper but don't want them going that route

    Hey. Supporter

1000% agree. Theatrical goth punk with a band that sounds like a mature 5SOS doesn't mesh well. Will still go to support Creeper if they hit up Chicago.
