this happened to me a lot when me and my fiancee first broke up years ago. id have the most vivid dreams from the most innocent of moments like smelling how her hair use to smell again - that closeness and shared love again, feeling how it felt together pressed together to the more.. raunchy dreams where it was just as vivid and felt exactly the same as if we were really doing all that again in that moment. From the romantic to the raunchy they were always SUPER VIVID. Always did the same thing to me, that extreme joy to awake to life again. Real bitch, sorry you're dealing with that.

 

Was literally talking to my friend about this tonight. I think it's pretty normal to have those dreams and I wouldn't read too much into it, I think most people have them. I definitely have.

 

I don't read into it, it just fuckin' sucks. It's crazy how much a god damn dream can have an effect on your day. It felt so real and all day I felt like I was in a fog

 

If you dream about death it means someone close to you is preggo. Not 100% sure If that's true.

Sometimes I have dreams about being back with my ex and even in the dream I'm like "oh fml what are my life choices even" and the I wake up and am like THANK GOD

 

I went to happy hour with my current GF on Friday. My ex and her BF/my old best friend happened to go to the same place and sat right across from us at the bar. That was kind of weird.

 

You should have waved lol That would have creeped them out.

I had something similar happen once except we were standing around these tall tables next to each other. All I did was acknowledge him bc we weren't on bad terms or anything. It was him, new gf and like 5 of her friends and they were talking mad shit about me. Like "I don't care if you can hear me bc idgaf" shit. They said something that crossed a MAJOR line and my 4'11 BFF flipped their table with their drinks on it and soaked all of them.

After I got home new gf started texting me from his phone calling me every derogatory term you can think of lol

He's just oblivious. He texted me within the first month of our breakup (it was a 5 year relationship) being like "Hey man, this is really hard for me to say but I've developed feelings for (your ex). I hope we can still be friends, cause you're my best friend and it would suck to lose you"

He still texts me randomly like "Hey man, you gotta check out this song" and random small talk shit,

Got hit up late last night by a good friend of mine asking for an ear/advice saying he really fucked up this time.
Of course I listen and the first thing I hear is he was about to shack up with ANOTHER good friend of mine and I was like "Whoa, how did I know none of this?" Neither of them seem like they'd shack up with the other outside of just a common shared interest (anime). Shes a super strong minded no nonsense "there's soft spots in there but she's usually stiff to avoid bullshit" chick lol, he's super fragile mentally and sensitive and got a lot of demons (which is why me and him get along so well).

Completely threw me off but I talked to em both, "felt her out for him," seeing if I could help him out a lil bit cus he did say how much he really liked her and acknowledged his fuck up cus he was so use to being played he didn't wanna get played again and ended up playing himself (And she's one who will gladly watch you fall down those steps if you cross her).
Overall both seemed a lil more upset cus it happened than what happened, I got her to admit she don't hate him 'and didn't know about his stuff, we'll see what happens" from her original "I AINT THE FUCKING ONE" position lol.

So here's hoping for the best for em both ha. So unexpected. Usually my position to never get involved in these things but they're both good friends so both me and the other good mutual friend of mine/theirs got pulled in too lmao.

 

When I was going through it I didn't think so much into it as like Bloodsucker said, it just really sucks cus when you're SUPPOSED TO BE moving on you're getting that shit lol. It really fucked with me a lot even more than as well cus literally a month almost to the hour after we split up my Grandpa died (month after that a wedding too, salt in the wounds major lmao) and I couldn't have ONE DREAM about him no matter how hard I tried (he's who as a child was my "Symbol of manhood I looked up to"/"Hero") and that's really what fucked with me as a chaser on top of the burnt ass.

Me and her ultimately got back together earlier this year an that's one of the first thing we admitted to each other, the dreams and nonstop thoughts. She'd sneak away to read old emails/poems I sent her it'd fuck with her so much and I'd be the asshole torturing myself looking at our old pictures and/or erm... her old pictures. Love is a crazy fucking ride lmao.

Yes, everything is great. It was a case of falling in love when we were both still young(er) and needed to grow up in many ways personally, on top of just difficult situations we were responsible thanks to our family. She was the one who cost us it, but in that time without her I had to kinda do that bitter pill swallowing of "Yeah, what she did was wrong, but what could've you done so that didn't happen as well." Both of us had to humble ourselves and grow up in our own ways, I had to be better at handling life, she had her wrongs to right but we always knew it was us or bust. We were working against what was right ha.

 

So, like, you needed to expand your circle of sexual partners, then. Fair enough.

 

You mean while with someone? That happened with my girl last year. I felt really bad because she was a good hearted, sweet girl, but when I realized we just did not have that sort of chemistry or mutual interests to keep me in this it overwhelmed my mind lol.
