Damien is still there, won the inaugral "Impact Grand Championship" (whatever that is) he's since lost it to Moose.
Broken Hardys are still probably the main reason TNA did get bailed out again.
Cody's deal with TNA isn't exclusive. He spoke to his desire to make matches happen (hence his list), plus... can TNA REALLY expect talents to be exclusive now? But yes Cody and his wife are in TNA still.

 

I kinda hope it is someone for Tiger Mask to feud with. lol

Very intrigued by this. I'm really hoping that, if it's a gaijin, it's Brian Cage. More realistically, Jeff Cobb.

 

I would be perfectly fine with either of those. Not sure what Cage's obligations are with AAA tho.

The two six man matches are gonna have great spots in them.


Plus it's in Hammerstein Ballroom which was a venue they used to hold a lot of events in. Crowd will be good.

 

Still bummed I didn't get tickets. Guess I'll have to live with House of Hardcore in two weeks instead. That show is basically just a bunch of Lucha guys this type around. haha.

Veda Scott had her official release from ROH today. I think it is a good move for her. All of these girls going through ROH's dojo are getting a ton of great experience, but it isn't getting them anywhere. ROH doesn't have a women's division, despite what you might see on youtube. They are not equals, and the company isn't willing to commit to them. It's just a shame that there aren't too many options for them in terms of mass exposure. Hopefully, NXT gives her a look. Her best friend is shooting for the top spot, so I don't see why they wouldn't reach out to her.

 

I hope the Bullet Club shows up in the Tiger Mask anime in some fashion

 

Fale and Toma both have. I think they called their attack bullet club rush or something. lol

 

Any chance the Lesnar-Rusev match tomorrow night is worth watching?

They've done it a lot actually. I believe against Sheamus, Del Rio, Orton recently and oh he squashed Rusev in 2 minutes at February house show.

 

I'm mostly concerned with the Joe and Nakamura thing. Joe wasn't part of the latest tapings at all.

 

Oh, wow, now that you mention it, Nak wasn't in the number one contender's series, and Roode winning it was peculiar... Nak is totally winning it back, right?

 

It seems like this tour is going to be Joe's sendoff. They'll likely have Shinsuke go over for the home crowd and then win the rematch on the Aussie tour. Joe's callup is definitely coming very soon.
