I only listened once to be fair but damn this was messy and jarring (not in the way that i like it to be either). But I'll be giving it a few more shots, this is probably isn't much of an instant connector anyways.

 

You need to figure out your identity before you can successfully experiment imo

At the end of the day i didn't like it as much as I thought I would by a bit, but still prefer this to his rapping lol

 

I think I've come to the conclusion I love the vocals, the guitar and the production massively, but all 3 together is a little much. It's just overwhelming. Really hoping it's a grower!

 

But does he have a line about Kill Bill cumming and dying?

This album is really amazing, I wish he would of rapped on it even if only on a few songs but still amazing.

 

It's nuts. I kind of love it.

 

I'd say my favs so far Are Boogieman, Zombies, Redbone, and Terrified (which is probably the best song on the album)

I don't listen to leaks so I'll chime in with my thoughts on Friday, but this site has never really liked his music that much so I'm not really discouraged by the reactions in here so far

Yea I'm not surprised on the reactions on here, I'll listen to it tomorrow and see. If it really is a mess and all over the place I PROBABLY will agree with the rest of you and won't really like it but eh it might surprise me.

 

This is one of my favourite albums of the year, incredible growth as an artist

 

AP used to hype him up to the point where he did an interview with the site and thanked the audience for being supportive since day one lol

The people in here that don't like this are also the ones who have liked his music the most over the last few years
