listened to this at work this morning and liked it a lot, can't wait to give it some attention

 

this is good

 

this record is definitely a grower too. really keeps getting better and sticking more and more

oh my god. bought tickets to the toronto the second i saw that.

 

will be my first time seeing LVL UP

 

Hopefully they don't infight and quit after 25 minutes again, would love to see them play in better moods for a full set. Still spin this album a ton

 

This is literally my dream show

I kinda wish the drummer used a crash live instead of just the hat and ride tho

 

fuck, the closest show is during spring break ugh

 

Listened to this the other day and liked it quite a bit. Then found out they are opening the Cloud Nothings show here next month. Gonna be sweet.

 

everyone should check out the KEXP performance that's up on youtube. love the performance of spirit was on there.

 

"Spirit Was" is one of my favorite songs of the year, by far.

I also love how during that KEXP session, they throw in the chorus of "Roman Candle" by Elliott Smith ("I want to hurt him...") into "Pain." Too good.

 

yeah that was cool, the album version's lyrics are a pretty clear illusion to the elliott song as is though

 

So having only listened to Three Songs, I saw this band last week, and am happy to report that they are Actually Really Good, esp. live.

Listened to both Hoodwink'd and Return to Love, which are both great, but the latter is a big step up for them

 

Did they play with Cloud Nothings? If so, I hate you based on nothing but pure jealousy.

 

this record is still so great. pretty under rated.

 

ya i haven't touched it but i want to catch em next month on the slc date. so i should probably revisit it.

 

this one finally stepped ahead of hookwink'd for me, though some of the songs off that one i love more, like i feel extra natural

 

I feel extra natural is just next level catchy so I get that

 

Still listen to this quite regularly

 

I may have sought out whatever colored version of the vinyl release i could find because I love this record so much.

It may have come from the UK, it may be purple, and it may have cost more than it should have...but its worth it for how much I love this record.
