Yeah this is true, but I was more trying to think of it from Trump’s perspective and his generally what’s best for Trump mantra hah. I assume he sees Israel as a parasitic relationship that he doesn’t get much out of anymore and doesn’t need as much because the evangelicals/anti Muslim racists here that want to support Israel for those reasons are never leaving him/stopping supporting him, so if he can buddy buddy up with the Saudis and get cheap oil he’ll get all the credit for lowering gas prices
