    PG finished top 3 in voting for MVP and DPOY and was 1st team all NBA right before he was traded that summer. So it wasn't that bad for the time.

    In hindsight, it's one of the worst trades of all time with what we know now tho

    just be glad the Mavericks were dumbasses and traded their 13th pick to Boston instead of picking Giannis. We heard for months leading up to it that he was our guy, then they trade back to 18 and fucking picked Shane Larkin. Donnie Nelson loved his Euro players, so that fucking sucked.
