Man I hope that's not the case.... fire has already taken so much from him. Prayers for Travis and family. Hopefully his house will be spared

I think I watched that video 8 times when it premiered. Definitely teared up the first time.

 

I remember rushing out of work at lunchtime and going to the park to eat my lunch and watch the music videos because OMT and MTYK were released at the same time. I started crying watching OMT I must’ve looked like a lunatic.

I remember going back to work and having the hooks from both songs stuck in my head after just one playthrough and I knew it was going to be an epic album.

 

I was all like "no way is neighborhoods their best album" but @dylan was just going on and on and on and on about how much he loved it. It was super weird.

It’s got that blink-182 summer buzz goin for it. That why I like it so much.

 

Oh my God this rules. Petey got a lot of plays for me last year. Elevator and Cat Like Thief are my favorites on the album. It’s wild how much life brings to his parts even on mellower songs. Dude is playing this beat like a wet sandwich

OMT pt.2 is aging nicely. I listened to it a ton when it dropped and have been revisiting it the last couple of weeks. Going in with the expectation it will be similar to California deluxe and it blows that release out of the water. Can’t go back to One Night Stand is peak blink. Saw Italia post a Travis song file. Wonder if they are doing a song to benefit the fire relief in California.

 

OMT Part 2 is pretty much all bangers to me.

 

Did they decide not to ship CD orders?

 

I still havent gotten to listen to this dang album. I pre-ordered the vinyl single copy edition when it first launched and told myself I would hold out for my first listen. Still going strong, but getting annoying. I think i should have it by start of February.

 

Perhaps they’re waiting until the vinyl ships, too? It was pushed to 1/24.

 

I didn't buy the deluxe single album on vinyl because it just seemed so far away. But now that it's supposedly less than 2 weeks from the shipping date, I finally pulled the trigger. I love that they have the single disc version. Although, over $40 for it seems crazy, but whatever. I'm a sucker.
