    It’s often the experience in NOLA you’ll pull up to some dull looking suburban neighborhood but the minute you go inside somebody’s house it’s very clear those people know how to have fun and entertain haha. And their small backyard is all decked out and shit, and their house has aweosme decorations all over, and they probably have huge speakers and a huge record collection lol

    I've avoided octopus my whole life but at ChefDance back in 2015 I decided to try it because it was a legit chef in a legit setting and it seemed foolish to pass up the opportunity. I still didn't like it, so I'm out on the octo from now on.

    Oh I googled to check the year I went and found a video of said dish

    A lot of Korean places serve baby octopus and it’s alright, tastes good but not my favorite and pretty gross to look at so I usually get more standard meats there
