That drop was egregious and will be what most people remember in a recency bias. But in what I’ve read early on just didn’t seem like he developed and progressed as much as many hoped for in Texas

I don't really hate him but I think he was one of the worst WRs in the lineup. He was supposed to be the #1 guy and disappeared way too frequently resulting in the passing attack looking much worse than it should have. Most of Ewers's big errors were on pass attempts to Bond where there was miscommunication (which can be both of their faults) and Ewers looked like a completely different QB when he was targeting Golden or Gunnar Helm. He was fast but easily covered in ways that makes me terrified of what his NFL output will be

As a person he seems nice from what I can tell

 

If you can get Bond late go for it but based on where he's being projected I'd absolutely avoid him
