In my mind unquestionably yes and that’s with being a big Beltran fan. It says “best players” not most value accrued and I genuinely believe Judge is better

He’s for sure going to the hall! But A Rod is like one of the 5-10 best players to ever hit the diamond and any “he didn’t play SS enough” argument is dumb

 

The problem with that is that if Aaron Judge was 18 right now he’d be in the big leagues in 15 months and have 80 war and 600 homers by the time he’s 30 (slight exaggeration). So much of his story is gonna have an element of what if but it’s beyond his control. Now there’s a limit to that—I’m not saying put Tulo on there as the SS lol—but “best” just means something different to me than “most value”
