I hate AI so much. Oh so much.

 

So far the only useful thing I’ve found with AI is using it to show my son how to solve complex math problems

 

It just doesn’t serve any real purpose yet. I don’t doubt that it will get better (at a great cost to our environment) but it’s nowhere near ready to make any meaningful difference in day to day life

 

It’s also really funny to see some of the things that get packaged up as AI now that it’s this huge buzzword for things that have already existed for years

 

The kicker is using AI for something you’re already good at or know a lot about, and then you see that it actually sucks at doing that thing
