Production is what hurt the last album for me. I really like the songs, but just not how muddy they sounded compared to the first 3 albums.

Unraveling had a lot of staying power in retrospect. I find myself revisiting it more than the other albums.

    new song goes hardddd

Unraveling rules, my second favorite behind Morbid Stuff and found no issues with the production. The only one that has (minor) production issues to my ears is The Dream Is Over. That one hurts my ears to listen to with headphones/earbuds.

I don't think they'll ever be able to recapture what they did on the first 3 albums. But I do actually really like Unraveling. I like this song and love chaotic Pup but hope the album doesn't sound like this

Unraveling was great but I just don’t return to it ever. Their sound hasn’t evolved much and if I want the Pup sound and vibe I go to The Dream is Over or Morbid Stuff.

New song sounds like a Pup song (extremely complimentary) and I love the video.

Just listened to this album again and it’s so damn good. Honestly don’t know if I could pick a favorite of theirs at this point.

I gave it so many chances but it never clicked with me. Love the first 3 records, though.

  24. Unravelling is probably their second best after TDIO, I'd even put it on equal footing some days.
