Yeah I don’t know I don’t like the idea of messing with the dna of bacteria in the hopes of creating some to break do certain parts of plastic. Sure seems like we should try to invest in alternatives and create less plastic waste but the industry will keep pumping money into ways we can recycle or break it down and it’ll keep kicking the can down the road

 

California and environmental groups sued Exxon over plastics. Now Exxon is striking back.

This is not an industry worth saving. They lied about how dangerous plastic waste was and they lied about how it can be disposed of and recycled. They bought our politicians and our regulators. And now when we know all that and call it out they are using conservative judges to punish us.
