Would love it to happen, but hard to get my hopes up again since I’ve done it so many times already lol

where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

Wonder what it would sound like. Would they continue the poppy sound of Fast Times… or would it be a new take on Santi

I don't think they've ever hit the mark that Almost Here did for me but I'd be stoked to hear album 4.

Almost Here still floors me, their song structures and melodies on that album are so unique and catchy

Santi stan forever - that album was ahead of its time and is their masterpiece IMO (but Almost Home is a close second for sure)

After getting to hear most of both AH and Santi in three sets close together, I am team Santi all the way now.

I was never really into Santi or Fast Times unfortunately. Maybe I should try and revisit them again...

Great release, definitely more mellow than the other records but I have a soft spot for it. Sputter is a top 5 TAI song for me

Sputter is absolutely a top tier TAI track but it’s the only track on that whole EP that is great. The rest is pretty meh for me.

Yep, Sputter is the one and the rest isn't great. From The Carpet however.... now that's an EP

The two b-sides of Fast Times (Sodium and Every Burden Has a Vision) sound like it was written with the Santi sound still in tact before they pivoted. Love those tracks.

Listening to Fast Times and I must admit it’s a pretty great record aside from a mixed closer IMO but I still hate that title and cover. It’s always reminded me of this:

All this chatting about TAI has got me listening to Almost Here this morning, and it's not like I didn't already know this, but this album just holds up so well. One of those albums that creates such a specific feeling in me that nothing else can replicate.
