So a friend from college was on tonight's episode of Southern Charm.

 

I haven't seen it but...Jamey? He owns those hydration stations and just opened one in Charleston. He posted a pic with them and Shep. I'm sure it's not who you're talking about but it would be crazy if it was.

 

I feel like following someone on here is a symbolic gesture for me because I never check my friend feed

Submitted my four page paper as a three and a half page paper. Fuck it, I was done with my point anyway haha

 

No. He was just some background guy at the party. I blame my wife for knowing this.

He's a rich kid who just parties all the time so it doesn't surprise me he's run across that crowd.

Had to NOT buy bread at the grocery store today because I haven't been able to stop eating PB&J lately, and that's the preventative measure I felt I had to take.

It's at the point where I'll make a PB&J after every meal as if it's a fucking dessert....I have issues.

 

Reading that has me sitting here trying to remember if I even like PB&Js? I haven't had them in so long and I'm normally not big on sandwiches so I don't even know.

 

love pb&js. crunchy peanut butter tho

 

What kind of jelly? White or wheat bread? Smooth or chunky peanut butter?!

 

There has to be more peanut butter than jelly. Ideal ratio is around 60% PB/40% jelly

 

i'm going to jump in. i like a hearty grain bread, some type of jam or preserves, and crunch peanut butter. nutella if i'm feeling fance.

 

Nutella makes it a whole 'nother beast! Gotta agree on the hearty wheat for sure. Smooth peanut butter and strawberry jelly are my usual go tos though.

 

I like a strawberry jelly but you've got to keep grape on hand just in case you find yourself in a pinch.
I go wheat bread, typically honey wheat; HEB Brand.
I stay strapped with my PB, too. I keep a Peter Pan creamy and an HEB brand chunky on deck.

If I'm feeling rambunctious, I'll scoop the PB into a cup, dump some jelly in there and stir it up so it blends all nice-like before I spread it onto the bread. How my momma used to make 'em.

 

I've never thought of doing that with my pb&j... Your mom has some serious technique.

 

It makes it more time consuming than it needs to be. And it's harder to get your ratios right. But it can be good.
