The pink is pretty rad. I like the black binding on it.

 

I’m like 30% certain my wife got me a Starcaster for Christmas. We were at Guitar Center a couple weeks ago and I finally got to see one in person and I think she picked up on how excited I was.

Pink, because I prefer the black binding over the white!

 

I went pink. I figured it was a less common guitar color compared to gold.

 

I just purchased the pink one.

maybe one day I’ll get the gold too. I feel like that will be the one worth the most in the future when these stop selling bc they’re the least popular of the 4 I’m hearing.

The pink starcaster just kinda brings every era of blink into one guitar. Plus the pink is Tom’s number 1 right now.

I'm definitely going to throw stickers of my interests on it too.

 

Was randomly listening to the radio first time in forever and All in My Head got played, pleasant surprise thought it was all just OMT

As a bassist, I love these videos. While the focus is on bass, he speaks to the overall songwriting and it’s always enjoyable to hear him praise the bands.

 

His bass videos are awesome and I’m enjoying his on-going exploration of punk. Good stuff on his Patreon too. He dropped a “Punk Rock Christmas Mixtape” video on there which included his reactions to “Happy Holidays You Bastard” and “I Won’t Be Home for Christmas”.

Tom is looking like he’s about to film Always pt 2 there! I’ve been waiting for the hair reveal for a while as it seems like the hat he’s been wearing has just been glued to his head.

 

As a dermatologist it's very clear he's had a hair transplant. Tom has also definitely been doing Botox for years.

TIL the version of "Mutt" on the American Pie OST has a different mix than the album version.

 

American pie version almost sounds like a demo. Sounds like dude ranch.

 

Speaking of, there is a demo of Mutt out there with Scott on the drums which sounds even more like Dude Ranch


Edit: Looking back, Travis truly brought such a more dynamic sound for them going from Scott's fast punk style to truly opening up many possibilities for the band.

It’s not a demo it was recorded and released for a Taylor Steele movie soundtrack.

I believe it was recorded during the same session they recorded I Won’t Be Home For Christmas. So it’s possible it was the last track Scott ever recorded for the band.
