So annoying that it’s the 65 that keeps going on sale and not the 77.

 

I can't freaking wait to get a LG OLED...in 2027 (I'm having a kid and can't afford it until then prob lol)

Seriously though, it's probably my favorite investment that I've ever made. It's beautiful and I use it more than anything else I own tbh.

Same, that’s why I always post the deals haha I need the people to know. I’ve had my CX going on like 3/4 years now? Can’t recall but it works with my Alexa dot and the picture quality and everything about it is so nice. Really nice for watching these Euros and Copa games!

 

Awesome deal on all LG TVs on their website. Trying to convince my wife to splurge on the 77” c3 while it’s under 2k and comes w free Mount, mounting, delivery, etc.

Kind of wild that my old childhood Sony Bravia from Circuit City is still working totally fine and I'm in my 30s now haha

 

I've got a 720p 32" (old measurements) Bravia similar to this one, but it's silver. Got it in 2008 as a high school graduation present from my parents, who let me pick it out from a small group of HDTVs that came in to our local surplus and salvage store. Was about half the price of retail and still pretty damn expensive. Thing still works perfectly well, it's in my basement. Also sounds better than any expensive TV I've ever owned since, hah.

I just bought a new Philips Ambilight TV, and there was a greenish film placed over the lights and the screen. It was incredibly sticky, and after I removed it, it left marks on the screen. I’m pretty sure it damaged the pixels.

 

It’s even worse on top where two pieces of film were. This is cooked

Where’d you get it?! Hopefully a return or exchange is in the works. Sorry, that’s a bummer when shit doesn’t work as intended. I know it all too well.

 

It’s a small local shop that’s authorized to sell Philips products. Not sure if ‘mom n’ pop’ would be a fair description. I’m not sure if they’ll refund me but they should let me exchange it

Fuuuck I wish I had the cash right now, I'm in need of a new laptop

 

Been waiting for months to pull the trigger on a C3 and finally bought… a C4. 77” for 1899 through greentoe. I was skeptical at first since it’s a killer deal and I hadn’t used them before but it seems legit!

 

Finally got the TV set up tonight. Looks awesome, huge upgrade in quality over the $600 tcl it replaced. Was also amazed at how light it is

 

Super jealous, congrats! I wish I had room for something bigger, but I had to stick my TV in the corner of my living room and there's a slider door to my balcony too close to the edge of my TV to go any bigger than a 55" C2

 

I wanted to go bigger but it’s mounted above my fireplace and even the 77 hangs over the edge by about an inch on each side. #firstworldproblems
