I’m not. Hot Mulligan are one of the biggest acts in the current pop punk scene and TSL hasn’t released new music in 18 years/is living completely off nostalgia.

    idk man

Is this within the radius clause for warped DC? If not The Maine and Hot Mulligan are basically confirmed

Urghhh my Mariah Carey concert for Sunday was just cancelled.

    Christmas is ruined!

Sold my ticket last year and missed TBS, MCS, and Dashboard. This line up is a bit deeper, and I would’ve gone both days if I wasn’t out of town. The only annoying thing is that none of these bands will be able to come to DC/Baltimore until later next year because they’re playing this :/

It is within radius. TBS skipped Baltimore/DC on their initial run last year and added Baltimore the day after they played this fest

The overseas dates of the From Zero world tour has been a huge success so far but I am curious have ticket sales in the states have improved since?

I was bored so I checked out most of the maps on Ticketmaster. There are a couple of cities where it seems to be selling decently, but not near sold out yet (Brooklyn, Philly & Boston). But there are A LOT of dates that look like they only sold a few hundred tickets for, in venues that hold 20,000. The LA date is at a stadium and it looks like even if they downsized the show to an arena it still wouldn't be half full. Here's a seat map (with resale tickets filtered out) that is basically the same for all their midwest and southern dates:

Totally expecting the LA show to get moved to the Forum, and for at least 5 other dates getting straight up cancelled.

I selfishly want the LA date to get cancelled so QOTSA can do their own headliner

Deftones lapping Linkin Park in popularity in the US is not something I would have even come close to predicting 10 years ago

Idk it kinda makes sense to me. I don’t think Linkin Park has really aged as well as Deftones did and that’s before the reunion and From Zero (which I do like for the record).

Also to be fair, it’s not the real Linkin Park

Deftones sold out 2 more headline outdoor shows of their own within mins this morning in the UK!! I think they might headline the main stage at download festival next year!!

Deftones’ peers all kinda got pigeon holed under the nu-metal banner, whereas Deftones kinda were able to float across different scenes.

I guess technically Linkin Park were able to distance themselves from nu metal too. But as someone already mentioned, it’s not the “real” band anymore.

They headlined Hellfest back in 2022. Im surprised they havent headlined more festivals in the meantime, specially now as they are bigger than evee

I asked some British friends why they never headlined Download before and they told me they've never done well there but I suspect that'll change soon.

100% that will change soon, Korn this past summer sold out their UK outdoor shows after years of sub headline the main stage for years at download and finally they r gonna headline the main stage next summer... I could definitely see that happening for Deftones maybe in 2026. It's awesome that bands like them and Limp Bizkit r bigger than ever in this stage of their careers!!
