Here is my actual boomer question because I’m a moron. Is there a legitimate / safe ad blocking tool for iPhones? I’ve always had blocker extensions on my laptops but never my mobile devices.

These days I opt for Adguard DNS as I can run it on my router at home and on my devices.

 

So I can’t just install that directly on my iPhone right

Yes and no. It can use a VPN to establish the connection.

If you're primarily concerned about Safari, Adguard has a free extension, 1Blocker is paid but also good.

 

Genmoji is fucking crazy

Genmoji and image playground do nothing for me. I have no interest in shitty AI art

 

Thank god for automatically silencing junk calls. This is worse than election season.

 

I've been using the Audioengine A2 Plus for the last three years and they've been great for my PC / MacBook setup.

 

Genmoji is fun for creating unhinged things for group chats but that’s about it

 

How do you get it to work? I activated AI, went to my emoji keyboard and nothing is there.

 

are you on 18.2? once i updated there was an option in settings to activate image playground which i think genmoji is built into.

 

If I click Playground app, it says AI is required. But when I click Go to Settings, it says its activated

 

The Visual Intelligence feature is pretty sweet. It's very fast and is pretty good at finding even niche items like the Etsy link for a handmade rug.

 

ah, that's weird. does rebooting help? that's really my only suggestion, ha. maybe @Drew Beringer has an idea?

 

Reboot, I've had similar issues.

And what you'll see for Genmoji is go to the Emoji picker and then tap the button in the upper right to get to the creation screen.
