I’m super annoyed with Progressive because it took them a week to get someone to do the estimate and now I’m out of rental car coverage. It makes no sense why I should be penalized for them not getting their job done.

If Jeanty was the top back but didn’t SUPER impress me with his film / eye test I wouldn’t be this gung ho about it but he’s crazy, I think he’s clearly better than a lot of RBs who went in the top 10 in the last 15 years. Hell, since Adrian Peterson I’d say Saquon Barkley is the only RB I’ve liked in college as much as Jeanty. He’s clearly above Fournette, Elliott, Gurley etc for me

 

no one is denying that Jeanty is an awesome player

but the Jags are picking that high because they have a lot of holes.

how many more wins would the Jags have this year if they had Jeanty on their roster?

 

Jags should absolutely not draft Jeanty, we don’t need RB

 

most of our holes are legitimately not premium pick positions though. We have two young tackles and two young defensive ends and a young WR1 and young CB1 and a young QB that are all core franchise pieces

every single hole we have can be addressed in rounds 2-5 this year and next year if we’re smart

 

I think we do. I guess Etienne sucks and isn’t worth an extension and I do not think Bigsby is good enough to lead this backfield just cause he had 2-3 good games, he has just as many miscues

We do have plenty of holes - DT, G/C, CB2, WR2, RB, maybe S - none of those have to be round 1 to develop into quality starters. So at that point I take best available talent at those positions, which in this draft is Travis Hunter or Ashton Jeanty
