Damn. Brought me straight back to the days when I would come home from school, not say a word and go straight to my room to play video games (this one, included lol) and ignore my parents either arguing about nothing for hours or giving each other the silent treatment.

 

Holy shit brought me back to my childhood bedroom, fortunately my Mom was pretty awesome, but there was something about that whole thing that felt real.

I don't believe they are since Jonah tracked these and didn't officially join until this year.

$22 + $7+ for shipping for a 3-song EP is a bummer but I'm a sucker and they got me.

 

While knowing nothing, this song sounds completely different in vibe than WSIW imo. Freakin great song.

i’m personally excited to see harrison gordon and fireworks a ton! i preferred the last two lineups because Free Throw and Heart Attack Man are a lot more fun than some of the higher up bands on this bill, but i love that we have this to look forward to every year.

I wonder what the Russell Industrial Complex is like. Never been there.

 

It’s a big, open warehouse essentially. as far as i know, it has no tiers/levels to it- but i’ve only been there once and i was trying to get somewhat close to the stage so i wasn’t exploring too much. Knocked Loose played it a few months ago and I attempted to arrive early enough to see the 2nd band of 4 bands, and they were really struggling to get cars into the lot behind the venue in a timely fashion. that’s my recollection of the venue. so, if you arrive at the same time as a lot of people, be prepared for the potential of delays in parking. i ended up missing the majority of the set of that 2nd band on the bill.

 

Apparently they deleted their Twitter because people were calling them out for using AI for a joke? I don’t listen to this band that much but I’m curious about what happened. Does anyone know what’s up? I’ve basically just seen people saying that the account deletion was an overreaction but I don’t know what people were saying on Twitter that caused the account deletion.
