Maybe I'm reading other people's posts wrong, but I don't think they're saying having a wife and kids excuses him from what happened haha

 

My very amateur opinion is this coat looks slightly different than the one in the video, and also in the 2nd picture they put out there the dude has a backback with black straps vs the white/grey straps of the backback of the killer

this was almost 10 yrs ago now, because my kids were newborn baby and just turned 1. the job I had right before this was at a former state hospital where a ton of people from that town all worked there. so we had a guy in our residential program from that town. he was a big chubby Italian guy, loud but super friendly and outgoing, a couple years younger than me. he was from that town I worked in and knew a bunch of people I worked with at that job, some very closely. he had a young son a couple years older than my kids who he talked about all the time and would tell everyone about how he was teaching him to play guitar. he had a prescription for a benzo from an outside doctor that our doctor in the program wouldn't approve. his doctor wrote a note saying his patient needs it, the doctor at our program still said no and wouldn't allow him to take it there. he was angry about it and discharged himself. the day he is leaving I'm standing outside in the rain with him waiting for his ride. I'm sorta half-heartedly trying to talk him in to staying, because I don't like to try to influence people one way or the other as a rule but he had told me before he needs to be here, he’s gonna die if he leaves and he wants to be there for his son. he asked me if I care if he smokes (it's a smoke free campus and they're super strict about it) I told him it's fine if he smokes and I appreciate him asking. He's sorta half-heartedly trying to convince me about why he needs the benzo script, why it's stupid he's not being allowed to have it. I told him I'm a fucking peon, nobody cares what I say, I'm not a prescriber. he says that the doctor likes me and she'll listen to me. she did like me (not like that) and would sometimes ask my opinion on stuff and bounce stuff off me, but I told him that's not really how this works and a nurse doesn't tell a doctor what to do in this situation (this was a cop out and he and I both knew it). His ride pulls up and he goes to get into the van and this lady gets out of the car crying pretty hard and she comes right up to me and says “you were supposed to help him” “you were gonna help him” “what am I supposed to do now?!?” it's his mom. I don't remember what I said to him but I went around the van over to him one more time and actually tried to talk him into staying that time, literally just said something like you need to be here man don’t leave, none of the professional stuff I had thought about saying to people but just tried to get him to stay person to person. He said no and they left. I had a few days off from work and then came back and was doing my med pass on the men’s unit where he had been. I'm partway thru my med pass and one of the other guys says something along the lines of ‘its fucked up what happened after you guys tossed ______’ referencing this guy that had left. I asked what they were talking about because I hadn't heard anything and the rest of the guys in the unit told me he had overdosed and died pretty soon after getting home. I actually had to stop what I was doing and put my med cart away back in the nurses station because I couldn't hold it together and didn't want to break down and cry in front of any of them or my other coworkers or anything.

 

The second time I went to residential treatment my roommate went through this same exact scenario but for an anti psychotic not a benzo but he was found dead within like a week or two. Everyone that was there knew him when they told us because he was JUST there. I shared a room with him for two weeks. He was a good dude. Early 40s, unfortunate meth addiction. Had some great conversations with him. That shit fucking shook me when I found out. Unfortunately that was the first of quite a few people who would go on to pass that I went to treatment with.

My mom tripped at work a few weeks ago - she works in ticketing at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and someone left a drawer open down low that she didn't notice - and bruised her knee pretty badly. She initially turned down an ambulance ride to the hospital because the paramedic told her how expensive it would be but then thankfully someone reminded her that it was a work injury so she wouldn't be responsible for it.

 

not to sound conspiracist over here but if this has been happening every night around the same time for several days, possible weeks, how are you not able to track down where these drones are coming from or landing? I really have a hard time believing the government doesn’t have knowledge they aren’t sharing

 

Was just chatting with my Dad about this story recently and he said that back in 1971 one of his friends that served in Vietnam said that you could order a hit for $500, as he knew some people. Today's hit was probably in the 10's of thousands of dollars
