Just watched both episodes last night.

Yeah it's GOOD.

 

HIGHLY recommend you all watch the original French series the show is based on; my most favorite series ever watched. Should be on Prime I think

 

I'm pretty sure I watched some of the first season but had some other stuff going on in 2015/16 and I never got around to finishing it. But from what I remember yeah it was good too.

The making-of for DP3 is heartwarming, seeing Hugh and Ryan talk about how the film was such a dream come true for them. I always enjoy watching these

yup. if you go to the Marvel page and scroll down to Marvel Unscripted (or "Documentaries" for Star Wars) the D+ specials will show up

Watched the first three episodes of The Diplomat. Didn’t know about until it kept coming up in here.

really enjoying it. Only thing is seeing Rufus play an American is fucking with me given the show is set in the UK lol

Can anyone with ad free Max confirm that the HBO channel livestreams are on there now? Apparently it got added yesterday for people on the ad free tier, but don't know if it's everyone who has ad free or just some.

I currently had the cheaper ad tier, but I think that is pretty cool and I hope they expand it. You have been able to watch the Showtime channels live on Paramount+ for awhile now.

One thing I like that Paramount+ does that I wish other streamers did, is that you can watch your local CBS affiliate network live. Anything airing live on CBS you can watch with just basic Paramount+ including major sports events and your local news, nobody else does that.

 

Also can confirm as of yesterday a bunch ESPN content is now on Disney+, even if you don't subscribe to ESPN+. They're streaming live NHL gamers on there now, and have all the PTA type shows.

 

I’m on Apple TV and don’t have the live channels as of yet.

Pretty sure Showtime had that feature even back during Showtime Anytime or whatever days. So not sure why HBO is so far behind with Max.

 

Ok yeah it sounds like Max is beta testing HBO live and it is going to be a gradual thing.

Checked out His Three Daughters finally after seeing it on some EOTY lists. I’m surprised it doesn’t have its own thread cause it was really good! Carrie Coon and Elizabeth Olsen acted their asses off, Natasha Lyonne was great and made the movie a lot funnier. Good satisfying ending too!
