hate seeing the character assassination and personal attacks towards Shaw, particularly when it feels like he took the title of perma crocked straight from the hands of Phil Jones. Not that going after Jones was ever warranted, but surely after hearing just how hard he tried to keep going and just how much his body failed him time and time again you would at least try to give Shaw the benefit of the doubt.

Hopefully this set back really is a minor one, but this is his third time being sidelined after extensive time out in 18 months. Think he last half a game middle of last year, was out until the tail end of the Euros, has been out since then until just a week ago and is out again now. Desperately hope he can put his troubles behind him but that sounds like a body that just can’t handle the rigors of professional football anymore.

God I hate how impatient our fans are. Marking this evening as “the first real test” for Amorim. This ain’t even close to a test at all. Arsenal are simply a better, more settled team.
