I didn’t make it to a 2020 rally unfortunately because of Covid/condition of the race by the time it got here, but I did get to go to a Bernie rally in Delaware during the 2016 primaries, that was pretty awesome

I’ve lived in Northeast Ohio for 39 years and have lived through some pretty bad snowstorms but these past four days may be the worst.

like, the type of snow where you clear off your driveway and/or car and within 45 minutes it looks like you did nothing whatsoever. We’re closing in on 4-feet of total snow and this storm doesn’t end until later this week.

On top of that, my snowblower’s pullstring ripped out so I can’t use my snowblower. Been pretty much shoveling every 45-60 minutes for four straight days.

Honestly if my snowblower were working I wouldn’t be annoyed at all. My neighbor said he can fix it but hasn’t had time because all he has done 24/7 these last few days is plowing around the city so he said it’ll have to wait until after the storm.

Good news is, everything around us is closed as our county is in a state of emergency so I haven’t had to work and we haven’t had to go anywhere.

Great response to the Pod Jon criticizing left independent media for unfairly covering and not adequately defending democrats, and not giving Biden credit for his progressive accomplishments. Paraphrasing here but Hasan basically says

"I can speak for Myself, Ryan Grim, Jeremy Scahill, The Majority Report, Chapo Trap House, these are all the biggest online media figures of 'The Left'. All of us defended Lina Khan and the FTC. All of us defended what Biden did with the NRLB. All of us defended the Afghan withdrawal unconditionally. We talked about that stuff more than than the Democratic Party themselves did! And guess what? It didn't matter...there is so much that Joe Biden did in October 2023 that just completely wiped that and it became impossible to defend him"
