Wonder if there will be a Philly date with them playing a place as big as MSG

 

They are playing Red Rocks as well

 

If they're doing MSG I can actually keep my fingers crossed that they play the Moody Center in Austin.

 

Swear I saw someone say that the Pierce the Veil tour was a coheadliner with Sleeping With Sirens. Guess not.

 

I remember reading it in here. But I understood SWS was support.

And I do wonder who else is on the bill. I think they might need strong support to sell out these venues.

 

quite surprised, these tours usually don't do Canadian shows

 

Looking at Rockville immediately makes me think of acts like Of Mice and Men, Dayseeker, Set it Off most likely depending on the timing, or Sleep Theory if they really want to get a sleep thing going on.

I remember really liking the album with King For A Day when that dropped so good on PTV for somehow getting this big.

 

I'm sure the nostalgia alone could fill seats in addition to Pierce the Veils recent resurgence, but I'm seriously curious as to who else is going for support if Sleeping with Sirens is one spot. SWS isn't big enough to have groups of people buying tickets solely to see them and I can't think of anyone else in the genre who could unless they're going to branch out -- which i guess is likely, seeing as they had someone like Cavetown open for them recently

A lot of things on this web site have made me feel old over the years. But reading the word "nostalgia" in relation to Pierce the Veil takes the cake.

I was thinking this seems like a prime candidate for that (awful ass) amphitheatre in Ridgefield. That and/or the Bend amphitheater.

 

Don’t think it’ll be those two (although if it was one it would be Dayseeker) but that would be fun!

Looks like the tour is Pierce the Veil / Sleeping with Sirens / Daisy Grenade

 

Daisy Grenade was a lot of fun on the State Champs tour. Not always my cup of tea for studio recordings, but a lot of fun live.

The Pretty Reckless have been confirmed to support AC/DC on the US dates

 

If that is the only California date i'm good with skipping Pierce the veil, it's not worth the 12 hr car drive.
