This is absolutely happening. They basically already told a bunch of them it’s happening. One of them was already shopping for firearms after talking to someone in the admin in some article I read.

Okay, so my ER had a positive case, adult male otherwise healthy about a month and a half ago. I had zero contact as I was clerking that day. Also, not a single chance my coworkers would have allowed me in the room to begin with if I was teching.

We were in San Diego 11/14-19th so two major airports and lots of indoor public spaces because it was cold as fuck.

Husband starts feeling ill on the 18th, sick sick the 19th. Covid negative as soon as we got home, next day too bc he had to play a gig. Lots of congestion and cough, no aches or fevers. I start to feel the ick the 23rd. Same symptoms. We CANNOT shake this cough. I feel fine otherwise with the exception of the nasty thick phlegm. I legit pulled a muscle in my back last night from the coughing fit I had.

…..I’m over here like should I be worried or am I just being extra paranoid lol. We’re both vaccinated obviously but I might ask one of my docs tomorrow to order me a respiratory panel lmao

 

rapid tests are only working like 40% of the time early on in covid, really need to test over and over again and a few days after symptoms start for sure

but yeah walking pneumonia going around right now

My husband was diagnosed with AVN the 22nd after getting his MRI results. He’s been hurting since February and had finally gotten his MRI.

He needs a full hip replacement. 35 years old. We were researching a doctor my cousin used at Rush lol.

 

Walking pneumonia fucking sucks. Ran through one of my kids and me. 2-3 weeks each. You feel better and have no fever after a few days, but that cough just doesn't quit. You just randomly have coughing spells whenever you try to exert yourself.

 

This definitely sounds like walking pneumonia as @David87 said.

My 7-year-old daughter went to the doctor a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. Overall she was fine, just had a real horsey cough - but more like, trying to clear her throat type of cough. She’s on her second round of antibiotics currently but we’ve been lucky she’s been herself and no other real symptoms (she’s not even bothered by the cough)
