Yeah pretty sure Caldwell made moves right before he got fired and traded out some players on deals that weren’t the greatest. So I don’t think it says anything about whether or not Baalke is gone after the season.

They apparently offered this deal to Little earlier in the season too but he didn’t want to sign at the time because he wanted to move on if Robinson was still going to be here.

Saw an NFL Network guy say they should make the penalty for hits like this be the player has to sit out for as long as the injured player does and I can’t agree more. There was no reason for that to happen and it was absolutely intentional.
