  1. Hats off to you guys because I'd go insane if I thought about it that granularly

do you just review whenever you feel like it then?

  5. I review everything I watch (to a fault), even rewatches, but when I first signed up for Letterboxed, I rated a bunch of movies I'd seen that I likely haven't rewatched since and now it always bugs me when I see those because it's definitely possible I'd do so differently if I were to watch and analyze/critique it now.

gotcha. i might go ahead and at least review my 4 favs for now (even though one of them is getting rewatched during Halloween season)

  7. Oh yeah, I guess getting back to this part of the question, I only review something after I've watched it, usually within a week, even if it's a first-time review of a rewatch. But that's just me!

no worries! i think that's the logic i'll still employ for the most part. but i absolutely get feeling remorse over prior reviews. guess that's what rewatches are for?

  9. Yeah, thankfully I didn't outright review movies when I started on the app, just rated them. A little easier to retroactively fix, I suppose.

i think my plan long-term is to save reviews for new releases or things i've recently rewatched that 8 think i could say a few words about (i.e. my partner and i showed his family Dan in Real Life last night, and i shared some thoughts on how nostalgic i feel every time i watch it).
