they did not do the last three books which is a bummer but they also take place decades after the sixth season. Maybe one day they’ll do it.

 

I wanted to read the books before I watched the expanse but I don’t think I ever finished the 4th book.

Yeah thats a no for me. Not getting invested in something only to have zero resolution

 

I would argue there’s enough resolution that the end of the sixth season would be fine as an end to the series. There’s three natural story arcs: 1-3, 4-6, 7-9.

I get that might turn people off but you won’t find a better sci-fi show if that’s your thing.
