I find Trader Joe’s SO much more manageable than a regular grocery store like Shaw’s. And Wegmans is by far the worst.

 

in my experience trader joes is less browsing. people know what they want. the movements around the store are deliberate and direct. in and out.

 

I bought my kids a pack of 200 long balloon animals balloons and pump for like $15 and it’s one of the best things we’ve ever bought to keep them busy.

I can now make a balloon dog like nobody’s business and I’m working on hats next.

even when I was a kid I only liked a few of the rides & wasn’t that impressed that grown men dress up in cartoon costumes lol

but we’ve talked about how I don’t like rides / roller coasters generally and how a theme park is mostly just standing in lines and eating overpriced food if you don’t like that part

 

I’ve been to Disney and other Orlando theme parks throughout my childhood of course as someone who grew up in Florida, and I just decided as an adult that they aren’t for me. I liked waterparks as a kid but idk the points y’all make in here about how gross they are are also valid
