    This album is begging to be played in full live. I'm even more mad his tour isn't coming here, although I'm certain there's more in the works.

    I always mishear lyrics and am disappointed when I realize what I heard and loved wasn’t what was actually being sung. Such was NOT the case with “do the corpse dance.” I guess I’m a FJM fan now.

    I feel like he's leaned on the irony schtick a lot less since Pure Comedy was so divisive and now pretty much seems to just be having fun online

    I didn’t get into him until around pure comedy and I never understood the “I can’t stand him” thing?

    Listened to the latest Cure record followed by this last night sitting next to a fire under the stars and I don't think I'll ever be the same. 10/10, would recommend.

    He was just extremely sarcastic, even more so than he is now lol. He's toned it down a lot. I don't think the Pitchfork interview he did did him a lot of favors, or the onstage meltdown he had right before Pure Comedy (though in retrospect, he was totally right for that one).

    Damn, this sounds amazing.
