The other day when someone posted that tweet about doing away with conferences for seeding I was gonna say how back in the day there’d maybe be like on team from the east if that was the case

 

it feels like it's the case every year in recent years where teams in the West would've been in the middle of the pack in the East and don't make the playoffs.

 

Yeah the West has been the far superior conference since Jordan retired

 

Especially like early to mid 2000s, like the number 2 team in the east would be like 10-12 in the west. I wonder why that is. I mean obviously the teams were superior but always seemed strange why the strength was always in the west

 

Tony Brothers is the absolute worst.
