Awakening expansion for Origins on console is kinda buggy. The main game plays just fine. At least on Xbox it does. Not sure about the PS3 port. 60fps on a Series console is kinda nice, though it's not exactly needed based on how the combat works.

 

I return to wow every now and then for nostalgia. Really not sure if I’ve got another round of vanilla classic in me though. I got burnt out big time in 2019/20 with the original classic launch. I made it through BWL before my life came tumbling down outside of the game and I haven’t been back to classic since. Retail is fine for a week or two every so often. But god damn that company is absolute poison on the inside

 

If it runs without crashing it’s already better than the pc version

 

I really don't want to say anything bad about having a reliable hamster wheel, it's fun to unwind with a "chore", for the lack of a better word, but I agree, morally I am unsure if that company is salvageable.

support indies if you can.

I played through it on Xbox about a year ago and it never crashed on me. I haven't loaded up my PC copy in about 5 years though but I don't recall having issues with it either. Did Windows 11 mess it up? I've heard a lot of people have had issues with some older games on Windows 11. I still haven't updated to Windows 11 and the more I've heard about it for the past 3 years, the less likely I will. lol

 

It could be windows 11 I know it’s just one of those games that runs flawlessly for some people but one minor thing in your set up or software will make it a nightmare to deal with

feel like playing far cry 4 again all of a sudden. played it back in 2018 and it’s been one of my favorite single player fps games of all time. let’s see if it holds up
