Chappell is too big now to be an opener even for Olivia (and as mentioned above that happened earlier this year. Chappell will definitely be on an arena tour next year or whenever her next album comes out.

 

I feel like it’s not too unprecedented for aspiring A-listers making the leap to A-list to play stadiums after doing an initial arena run as a sort of coronation round.
