No situation is apples to apples but this current Jags situation reminds me a little of the Chargers.

A team with a talented QB on a team with decent expectations and every year ends with brain dead coaching, an injured QB, and a whole lotta hopelessness.

They finally got a coach, drafted well, and now they’re a real team again. I hope the Jags can find that and I hope they give Ben Johnson whatever the hell he wants to pry him away from Detroit

Like how many people thought Dan Campbell was ready to be a HC? Barely anyone. The talent is there, teams/GMs just don’t want to take huge risks
