    I mean I'm very on the record being on the the best team > record so I agree haha. Just worried the committee might not

    Seven SEC teams can still go 10-2 or better. Personally, I’d take all of them (maybe not Missouri) over Penn State because we know they just haven’t risen to the occasion like ever. But assuming PSU go 11-1 as expected, you can’t keep them out of this new format. Indiana gets in at 11-1 because they’re doing exactly what Michigan did last year (dominate a weak schedule), which precedence says is enough if you’re a B10/SEC team.

    Miami’s defense will be pulverized by the offenses currently making up the rest of the top 12, so them losing the ACC championship game would probably be the committee’s hardest decision re: what B10/SEC teams sneak in. 11-2 Miami with an electric player like Cam Ward is hard to keep out, but it also asks is the ACC a two bid league? I don’t think the answer is yes.

    Colorado (I think they’re the team in second in the B12) upsetting BYU and leaving BYU at 12-1 is also a big “concern” for getting that fourth B10/SEC team in. I think the B12 gets two bids in a scenario like this.

    After the last two weeks of mild chaos, there’s obviously a lot of football still to play out. And that feels a lot more exciting than in previous seasons.

    I'm really dreading when that 1 or 2 teams that get left out cry and they expand the playoffs even more....I don't want to hear it. If you can't make it with 12, you weren't good enough.

    There aren't too many teams with chances;
    Big 12; BYU, big stealer big 12 champ
    Acc; SMU, Miami, big steal acc champ
    Big ten; Oregon, Ohio st, Indiana, Penn st
    Sec; texas, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Ole miss, Texas a&m (very unlikely but them beating texas at the end give them a chance

    Notre dame
    Boise or army

    The rivalry is back on

    Really don’t know what to do with the 4 seed. Leaving as Miami for now but any of them, SMU, or Boise in that spot seems fine

  6. Is the big ten the new sec

    it’ll probably appear that way until a 3 loss Alabama wins a natty via the 12 seed position some year knocking off three straight big ten teams in the process

    I feel like everyone in the media needs to come to terms and admit Brian Kelly is not a top shelf coach and is actually a terrible coach.

    In no way is he a terrible coach, but he is definitely overrated, just like notre dame always is.

    That was a very beautiful drive orchestrated by Nico there. Let’s keep that energy.
